"Bringing your claim that has no business in the courts that is really a regulatory or legislative issue is itself inappropriate," he said. "Doing so simply to gain publicity and then withdrawing that claim is probably, or at least arguably, a violation of professional ethics."No wonder no one likes the lawyers....

If you continue to say one thing and expect that you will get another is insane thought. It is like planting corn and expecting to get watermelon. Or like driving on the road to Oklahoma City when you want to go to San Antonio. Judge your words.
Luke 1:
67 And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Ghost, and prophesied, saying,
68 Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people,
69 And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;
70 As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:
71 That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us;
72 To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant;
73 The oath which he sware to our father Abraham,
Gal 3:29 Tells us that it is a covenant oath to you and me, performed on the cross in Christ Jesus
74 That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear,
NO FEAR HERE - Delivered from enemies and those who hate us. The Devil is our enemy not people. Where is the fear? Terrorism is planed organized use of fear as a weapon. If there is no fear, there is no weapon.
All selfishness is fear based. It has to have fear to function. You fear what you do not have when you are selfish. Satan can use that. Again if there is no fear there is no selfishness, no shame. The Devil tries to persecute people by shame.
Luke 8: 49-50
49 While he yet spake, there cometh one from the ruler of the synagogue's house, saying to him, Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the Master.
You messed it up forget it. We know you can not do anything.
50 But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.
He told him not to fear it, believe and you shall be made whole (shalom). Shalom is translated many ways. One way is nothing missing, nothing broken. Jesus said my shalom I give to you...
Fear tolerated is faith contaminated.
2 Timothy 1
10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
Christ has abolished death already. It only took one man to bring sin in to the world and death by sin. From that moment on, death reigned. It does not matter who you were.
John 3:
12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven,...
No one had gone to heaven!
Luke 16
19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
These were actual people that the people probably knew. Jesus was not making this up.
21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
Abraham protected the beggar.
23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments,...
He was in fear.
...and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
He was not looking into heaven..
24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus,...
He still wants Lazarus to wait on him. He was in torment - in fear, and still he wants Lazarus to fix the problems.
...that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
The tongue in hell is like a constant flame, and pain. You will have a spiritual tongue that is with you from eternity. It uses your physical tongue to release faith (or fear). Lazarus could not have been in heaven, they were near each other.
25 But Abraham said, Son, remember....
Your memory is part of your spirit, not your brain, and will be with you for eternity.
...that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
Every person up to the resurection of Jesus had to go to one compartment or the other and could not cross over. Why? No one was born again. They were saved, but they could not be in heaven.
What happened to those people?
Matthew 27
50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
Notice that the bodies of the saints arose.
I Samuel 28
7 Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and enquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor.
8 And Saul disguised himself, and put on other raiment, and he went, and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night: and he said, I pray thee, divine unto me by the familiar spirit, and bring me him up, whom I shall name unto thee.
Bring him UP not down, they had no concept of going to heaven.
9 And the woman said unto him, Behold, thou knowest what Saul hath done, how he hath cut off those that have familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land: wherefore then layest thou a snare for my life, to cause me to die?
10 And Saul sware to her by the LORD, saying, As the LORD liveth, there shall no punishment happen to thee for this thing.
11 Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee? And he said, Bring me up Samuel.
12 And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? for thou art Saul.
13 And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.
14 And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.
15 And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up?...
He came up from the upper regions of hell. Notice also that Samuel still had his mantle on. That mantle represents his anointing. His ministry was valid in paradise, at Abrahams bosom.
So we have proof that when you died you went to hell before Jesus came to change it.
Acts 2:
24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death:...
Amplified says liberating him from the pangs of death... Jesus was under the preassure of the pains of death for a time.
...because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:
26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:
27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.
29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
Ephesisans 4
8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity F8 captive, and gave gifts unto men.
9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
Jesus went down into the earth.
10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
Death reigned, the law of death had never been broken, so you went to hell in one of the two compartments. Jesus was always in faith, never fear. He did not sin.
Isa 53 says that God laid on Him our sins and sicknesses and fears, but Jesus did not have sin in normal life. Jesus bore them for us. God laid it on Him, Jesus accepted it on to Himself by faith. We walk from death to life, Jesus walked from life to death.
At that point, if only one man could go into hell and get out, the law of death is broken and Jesus did it. And He did it by faith. No one person has born the punishment for all sin, save Jesus. If He had not, then we would have to take it on us. He bore it all, and did it by faith.
Now for a Bible definition of fear. Fear is faith in death.
The fear of death connects you to the death you fear. Fear is the connector.
Hebrews 2
14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Fear of death is the master fear. All other fear comes under that.
Romans 8
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear;...
When there is fear in your life there is bondage there. Do not speak the fear, speak the faith.
...but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Cry out to God what he has for you. Thank Him for it. We have hope, we are not orphans. Now go back to verse 1.
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
We are free from the law of sin and death. We have been redeemed from the fear of death, it has no power over you. What is there.. sickness disease, poverty, doubt, etc.
What is under law of Life.... tounges, holy Spirit, power, authority, etc.
John 17
23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
My Father loves me just as much as He loves Jesus.
26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.
The love with which God loves Jesus is in you!

Does God take Visa or MasterCard, or is American Express better?
What's next? A god we can make in our own image to put in it?
When I read it the other day I did not believe it! Now I can rest assured that it is not the end of the world as we know it.

Lesson 3 The Divine Purpose
Key Scriptures
I Corinthians 15:45
And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit
- Man has tremendous power and can do many things, split the atom, but he cannot split the soul and the Spirit, only God can.
Hebrews4:12
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. - Man can control his environment and fly to the moon but he cannot control his emotions. He must learn to control himself and understand himself better.
Man can fly, and go beneath the sea, but he himself is in chaos. - Man must learn that he is a triune personality. The most important part of him died when Adam transgressed against God. It is only revived when rebirth comes accepting Jesus
- Ephesians 2:1-2
1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; 2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: - John 3:1-3
1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: 2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Man's intellect and emotions will lead him away from God, they are wild and do not want to be harnessed. Man must learn from God, through the Holy Spirit that the three parts of man can be made one.
- Ephesians 2:1-2
Americans are familiar with George W. Bush's spiritual side because of frequent references to his born-again Christian faith. But the depth of those religious convictions may catch many by surprise. Take, for example, the events aboard Air Force One on Palm Sunday 2002.It is nice that our President had the time to worship among friends. Hope not to many get mad at him for where it was.

(May 12, 2003 6:15 p.m. EDT) - The National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) convened a meeting in Washington last week to urge their mostly conservative Christian leaders to tone down "dangerous" and "unhelpful" remarks about Islam. Concerns were raised over comments by the Revs. Franklin Graham, Pat Robertson and others that Islam is inherently "wicked" and violent. NAE leaders worry that such statements endanger Christian missionaries around the world. They proposed new guidelines for churches to follow in relating to Muslims.
Doesn't the NAE have it backward? The most incendiary language is not coming from Christian leaders in this country, but from Muslim clergy overseas and occasionally from Muslim pulpits and schools in the United States. There is no Christian or Jewish doctrine that mandates followers of those faiths to kill people who disagree with them and to make the state in which they reside subject to their interpretation of holy writ. If one converts to Islam from any religion (or no religion) in the United States, his life is not put in danger. In America, one may take God's name in vain without fear of temporal punishment, unlike in many Muslim countries where even perceived blasphemy can result in the death penalty. Ask Salman Rushdie, who remains the target of a fatwa calling for his assassination for writing "The Satanic Verses," a book that offended some Muslim leaders.
Thank you Cal Thomas. Read the whole article. The ones who are being militant are not the ones saying the Muslims are fanatical, it is the Muslims shouting death to the Christians.
Imagine what would happen at work, as the day was just getting going, if half of the employees left for church. The difference in normal life and Baseball, is that a normal job you don't work seven days a week and have to be at work when people would have private time of any type. Article appears to me to be one sided against Church services and baseball, but that is ok.

No, Zondervan did not release a Bible for homosexuals called the gNIV. No, Wal-Mart did not ban a racy worship album for "suggestive imagery depicting the church's love affair with Christ". And no, the Bob the Tomato did not call VeggieTales "bigger than Jesus."While I enjoy good satire, I do not see where this site is satire. As defined by the American Heritage Dictionary
1)
a) A literary work in which human vice or folly is attacked through irony, derision, or wit.
b)The branch of literature constituting such works. See Synonyms at caricature.
2)Irony, sarcasm, or caustic wit used to attack or expose folly, vice, or stupidity.
No I have not visited the site, based on these articles I have no need to. These are just Urban Myths waiting to happen, in other words, LIES. While I defend their right to publish it, I will not visit them. And if you ever here any one say that Veggie Tales is bigger than Jesus, Bob did not say it, me or the tomato!
Hay Jane, here is one for you. A MahJong game, free. I like the original Sokobon too, you might want to try this one.
Gee you really can catch a virus from your computer! Thanks to Gabe, my son, for that one...

The Circle of protection and the Circle of refuge. We will look at Psalm 25
We have a shelter that is ours for the taking. You must take the refuge the same way that you took Jesus as your savior.
There are keywords that bring us protection - Reverence and Honor to God - that is what causes your shield and armour to be up and on. You must have a life that you can hear God speak to you and do what you are told to do. Holiness is another word. Things that you have planted will come to harvest. Dig up those bad things now.
Psalm 25 [TLB]
4 Show me the path where I should go, O Lord; point out the right road for me to walk.
God can tell you how to travel to work.
5 Lead me; teach me; for you are the God who gives me salvation. I have no hope except in you.
6,7 Overlook my youthful sins; O Lord! Look at me instead through eyes of mercy and forgiveness, through eyes of everlasting love and kindness.
8 The Lord is good and glad to teach the proper path to all who go astray;
God always has the best way for you.
9 he will teach the ways that are right and best to those who humbly turn to him.
10 And when we obey him, every path he guides us on is fragrant with his loving kindness and his truth.
11 But Lord, .my sins! How many they are. Oh, pardon them for. the honor of your name.
12 Where is the man who fears the Lord? God will teach him how to choose the best.
13 He shall live within God's circle of blessing, and his children shall inherit the earth.
14 Friendship with God is reserved for those who reverence him. With them alone he shares the secrets of his promises.
15 My eyes are ever looking to the Lord for help, for he alone can rescue me.
Get that word, circle, of blessing.
16 Come, Lord, and show me your mercy, for I am helpless, overwhelmed, in deep distress;
17 my problems go from bad to worse. Oh, save me from them all!
18 See my sorrows; feel my pain; forgive my sins.
19 See how many enemies I have and how viciously they hate me!
20 Save me from them! Deliver my life from their power! Oh, let it never be said that I trusted you in vain!
Here is your bodyguard:
21 Assign me Godliness and Integrity as my bodyguards, for I expect you to protect me
It will be your body guard.
22 and to ransom Israel from all her troubles.
Separate yourself and you will be separated.
Psalm 91 (AMP)
Ps 91:1 HE WHO dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand].
There is a place that only those who are in Christ can live. The world cannot know about it. You do not need a man to cover you when God is covering you. Man will let you down, God will not.
Ps 91:2 I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust!
You have to take God as your refuge. Verse 1 tells you what the promise is. Verse 2 tells you how to take that refuge. Say it and take it.
Ps 91:3 For [then] He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.
When you say it you will be covered.
Ps 91:4 [Then] He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings shall you trust and find refuge; His truth and His faithfulness are a shield and a buckler.
Without His truth you cannot know what the promises are. The promises are there and will protect you. You have to have truth before you know what to stand on.
Proverbs 35 Every word of God is pure, He is a shield to them that put there trust in Him.
Hebrew commentary has said..
v. 3 He will cover you with his pinions - you have taken your seat under, you can not be pulled out.
shield - protects its wearer incompletely on three sides, buckler - armour totally surrounds you completely, it circles you
The start of David - it was called a shield of David. (Psalm 3:4 God is a shield to David. David found security not in any armour or shield in the natural - only in God did he find himself encircled. He was shielded from North, South, East, and West as well as Up and Down. Covered on six sides, just as the star is. You are protected from all directions when you have the armour.
Ps 27:5 AMP For in the day of trouble He will hide me in His shelter; in the secret place of His tent will He hide me; He will set me high upon a rock.
Ps 27:6 AMP And now shall my head be lifted up above my enemies round about me; in His tent I will offer sacrifices and shouting of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord.
Know that God has a plan for you no matter what is going wrong in your life. God is your source for healing, protection, etc. What ever man can do, man can undo, what ever God can do, man cannot undo it. Do not look at what you have lost, look at what you have gained (God).
Get the picture of God circling you. Like a crown that surrounds your head on all side.
It is your protection. It is a tangible thing. Look up and learn the scriptures that talk about your protection in God. Get out of fear, and get in faith in your shield and armour.
Attach yourself to God. Be like a shadow is to a man and mimic what he does.
